If you changed your mind and want to cancel the order, here’s what you need to know.

Order will be considered as cancelled, only if the order has been cancelled within 24 hours of placement of the order. In this case, there will be a 3% cancellation charges on the invoice value, we will refund your money within 5-7 business days.

Once the order is dispatched, if you want to cancel the order, there will be a 3% cancellation charges on the invoice value and logistics charges will be applicable, the logistics charges are for mattress sizes (72/75/78x36x5, 6 and 8 Inch Rs. 1500/- logistics charges, 72/75/78x60x5, 6 and 8 Inch Rs. 2000/- logistics charges, 72/75/78x72x5, 6 and 8 Inch Rs. 2500/- logistics charges) will be deducted and the remaining balance amount will be refunded to you.

We will accept the returns as per the following terms:

  1. If you refuse delivery for any reason and want a refund, you will be able to get it once we confirm the items are back in our possession with no damage on product.
  2. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to shipping & return’, an Item.
  3. Return of product will be only accepted within the time period of 10 days from the date product was received after that no return for convenience or wrong product selection by buyer (Terms & Conditions applied).
  4. Product will be accepted for return in case of a manufacturing defect.

Below cases are NOT eligible for return or replacement:

  1. There are no cancellations or comfort guarantees on special orders or custom sizes orders. Also, there is no cancellations or returns on accessories.
  2. Any staining or soiling of a mattress will void any warranty. The purchase and use of a mattress protector is highly recommended.
  3. Products that are not in the original condition and packaging or shows sign of damage will violate our return policy.
